Read and Sign:
1. Volunteering Agreement:I understand that I am volunteering at The DogFather Rescue Inc without expecting any payment.
2. Understanding the Risks:I acknowledge that working with animals, particularly dogs, carries risks. These may include bites, scratches, or other injuries. I choose to volunteer knowing these risks.
3. Liability Release:I release The DogFather Rescue Inc, its staff, and other volunteers from any claims or responsibility for injury, illness, or damage that may occur while volunteering. This includes all activities, from handling animals to shelter or foster tasks.
4. Medical Treatment:If I am injured or fall ill while volunteering, I authorize emergency medical treatment. I understand I am responsible for any medical costs incurred.
5. Following the Rules:I agree to follow all rules, guidelines, and safety instructions provided by The DogFather Rescue Inc. I understand that failure to do so may result in the immediate termination of my volunteer role.
6. Photo/Video Permission (Optional):I allow The DogFather Rescue Inc to use photos or videos of me taken during volunteering for social media, the website, or promotional materials.
7. Confidential Information:I agree to keep all sensitive information I learn while volunteering confidential, including details about dogs, adoptions, and other volunteers.
8. Agreement:By signing below, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to this volunteer agreement and waiver.
